Symptoms
When a IPv4 format (A.B.C.D) multicast address is supplied in WebLogic Server that is installed on Linux dual-stack machine, below errors are seen.
Conditions:
1. Do want to use '-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true' JVM argument.
2. Server needs to be reachable via IPv4 and IPv6 at the same time.
3. Server needs to be run on '0.0.0.0.0.0' IPv6 listen address.
