Loading File Into Content Manager for FAPPS fails in SOAP UI (Doc ID 2262488.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7 version, Fusion Application Integration

When attempting to upload files in UCM invoking webservice from SOAP UI the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL web service to upload files into UCM.
2. Web service is accessible from the internet browser.
3. Above error appears when tried to invoke the web service from SOAP UI.
