HA Cluster Environment Portal Pages on Node1 is not Seen on Node2 (Doc ID 2262825.1)

Symptoms

You create a new Portal Page. You noticed that the newly created Portal Page is not available on the second node.
You have to restart the servers to make sure the Page is available in both nodes of the cluster.
