Getting MDB destination Queue warning message at the end of Webcenter Content and IBR Managed Server startup (Doc ID 2263911.1)

Getting extra warning message after the Webcenter Content and IBR managed servers start (at the very end).

After the managed servers start for WebCenter Content and IBR, an extra message appears:
The destination for the MDB IBRResponseMDB(Application: Oracle Universal Content Management - Content Server, EJBComponent: ibrresponse-agent.jar) could not be resolved at this time. Please ensure the destination is available at the JNDI name jms/csibr/IBRResponseQueue. The EJB container will periodically attempt to resolve this MDB destination and additional warnings may be issued.>
