Exalogic Virtual: EMOC Showing Incorrect CPU Thread Count For Compute Nodes (Doc ID 2265053.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of EMOC showing incorrect CPU thread count For Compute Nodes is seen.

Below is screenshot which illustrates the issue. As we can see for Compute Node 4 we see CPU thread count shown incorrectly as 8, whereas on other Compute Nodes it is shown correctly as 72.
