Unable to log into PAT


Error 500--Internal Server Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Portal Admin Tool for the deployed WLP application.
2. On the login page, enter valid admin credentials for PAT authentication
3. Notice the error on "/login/LoginController.jpf."
