Symptoms

The UserPasswordPolicyPlugin handles incorrect "old" password during forced password reset in a generic manner returning only a "ERROR" status.

When a user enters the wrong old password. The UserPasswordPolicyPlugin redirects to "CHANGE_ERROR", and does not include any information about the error that occurred. By comparison, if you enter the correct old password, but put in bad values for the new password, it redirects to CHANGE_REJCTED, and the password policy rules that it violated are sent as variables that can be displayed on the customer change password form.
