Symptoms
The scheduled job Opt_FT_IdcText has been disabled successfully after performing the steps in the following KM:
How can the Webcenter Content Scheduled Job to Optimize the Index be Disabled? (Doc ID 1931507.1)
However, the scheduled job runs during the next hour interval after a fast/full rebuild. As a result, this can cause high DB resource utilization or deadlocks with the external optimization job that has been setup as described in the KM below.

This issue has been replicated in the following UCM versions:
- 11.1.1.8 with latest bundle patch (MOS Patch 25048862)
- 11.1.1.9 with latest bundle patch (MOS Patch 25973506)
- 12.2.1.2.0
