Not Able To Update Folder Metadata Via FLD_EDIT_FOLDER Service (Doc ID 2269524.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to edit a Folder Metadata by calling the FLD_EDIT_FOLDER IdcService,
the folder metadata is not updated and the following error occurs:


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit a custom folder metadata like xTitle_All_Languages by calling the FLD_EDIT_FOLDER IdcService

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit folder metadata
