Unable to deploy composites in SOA 11.1.1.9.0

ERROR

Failed to rename /tmp/disXXX/sca_XXXX_rev1.0.jar to /tmp/dirXXXtmp/sca_XXX_rev1.0.jar. Make sure that disk is not full or write-protected and the file is not currently in use.
