To Import Same Project from one jar in OSB console, The URI(Ip Address) could not be Overwrite that in Business Service Definenation (Doc ID 2270490.1)

The URI(Ip Address) in original project is "http://127.0.0.1.7003/prpins/ApplyXMLServlet", and was export as sbconfig2.jar in sbconsole.

To change the URI to "http://127.0.0.1:8893/prpins/ApplyXMLServlet"

To import from sbconfig2.jar to the same project.

the URI keep "http://127.0.0.1:7003/prpins/ApplyXMLServlet" was not overwrite that in sbconfig2.jar .
