Unable to Create a Tabbed Region in WebCenter Portal 12c Similar to 11g (Doc ID 2270898.1)

In 11g, a user can add a tab easily in the content region by clicking on an Add Tab icon within the region.

Once the region is created, the same icon will add additional tabs. Different content can be added on each tab.
