[Java SE] Will Oracle Provide Bug Fixes to Earlier Updates within a Java SE Family? (Doc ID 2270974.1)

Goal

A customer is using an older revision of Java SE 7. If they find a bug with that update, is it possible to get a new bug fixed for that specific revision? The goal is to avoid moving to the latest release of Java SE 7.
