Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks running January 2017 PSU (EECS 2.0.6.2.170117), guest vServers fail to start upon triggering a start through the EMOC BUI . When starting the Guest vServers from EMOC, the operation fails with the following popup error message before the job gets submitted.
