Goal

 Implement Tuxedo .Net Client Connection Pool TIMEOUT on Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.

The API 'wsconncall' is set by the "no timeout" option, so the function will wait forever on client side when the server is not responding or getting slow response. Need some option to set timeout on client side. This would help to handle requests when the servers is slow or unavailable more gracefully.
