Impossible to Connect to EDQ with Filezilla Version Above 3.16 (Doc ID 2272630.1)

Symptoms

This issue appears when trying to connect to Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) file server by using sFTP with Filezilla version 3.23 and later

When trying to establish a sFTP connection, the error below occurs :

Regarding our EDQ configuration, please find information below:
- EDQ version: 12.2.1.2.0(130) - 3 oct. 2016 20:45:37
- Apache Tomcat/8.0.23
- Linux OS Version: 2.6.32-642.11.1.el6.x86_64
- Java Version: 1.8.0_101-b13 (Oracle)

The diffie-hellman-group1-sha1 key-exchange algorithm is not supported by the new Filezilla version.

The key-exchange algorithm in the tomcat configuration (server.xml) is to be kept

Changes

 Using a new version of filezilla FTP/sFTP tool an issue with EDQ environments occurs.
