Visitors Service Connection Error after changing fwadmin password (Doc ID 2273034.1)

Symptoms

In Sites 12.2.1.0 environment, where Visitors Service is configured, when saving Identity provider in Sites, the following error is displayed in sites.log:

org.jasig.cas.authentication.AuthenticationException: 1 errors, 0 successes
  at org.jasig.cas.authentication.PolicyBasedAuthenticationManager.authenticateInternal(PolicyBasedAuthenticationManager.java:248)

In visitors.log:

java.lang.RuntimeException: com.fatwire.wem.sso.SSOException: Failed to acquire TGT. HTTP response code 400

Changes

 fwadmin password was changed.
