Symptoms

After Integration between OAM and Microsoft OWA access OWA goes thorough the Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2) default login page (working as expected). However, when trying to sign out from OWA it results in an HTTP-404 error.
