Symptoms

On : 8.1.3 version, General

Users are unable login to Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) or Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS) normally in an Single Sign On (SSO) environment. Client side error encountered is:

"Wrong Username/Password " entered.

  
The EDQ Server Side Logs reflect:
