Unable to access soa-infra from Enterprise Manager (Doc ID 2275159.1)

Symptoms

Users are able to login into Enterprise Manager Console, but while accessing SOA Infra components, a popup appears containing the following error :-

An error happened while connecting to soa-infra runtime at t3://abcdef/host:port/soa-infra. Please view the log files for details.

In the logs of the Administration Server, there are the following associated errors :-
