Goal
In certain occasions, it is required to collect Exalogic Control (EMOC) job logs from the BUI console.
Such as,
- Failure to create a guest vServer
- start up issues of an existing guest vServer
- unable to stop Vserver
- Any task/job performed via EMOC console giving Errors/taking time
Below are the simple steps to collect the log file for a specific task/job generated by EMOC. These steps can be performed when the EMOC console is available and running.
NOTE: In some troubleshooting cases it will be requested to also collect a full set of Exalogs collection, a utility part of the Exalogic Lifecycle Toolkit. Please see KM note 1912063.1 for more information.
