Symptoms

On Tuxedo ART  IMS 12.1.3 version, a Tuxedo ARTICTLH handler process will crash randomly. When it crashes all the users connected to 3270 emulator are logged out.

This crash doesn't create any core dump only below message can be seen in the Tuxedo ULOG:
