Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There are no archiver files showing here: http:[server]:[port]/cs/groups/secure/logs/archiver/ArchiveLn.htm

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Archiver files to be here: http:[server]:[port]/cs/groups/secure/logs/archiver/ArchiveLn.htm

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an admin user
2. Navigate to : http:[server]:[port]/cs/groups/secure/logs/archiver/ArchiveLn.htm
3. Observe page is empty

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin users cannot see Archiver files in browser
