Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.0 OAAM IP Location Data Import Issue.

Importing the the IP Location Data into OAAM using Maxmind data does not add location data in the OAAM DB tables.

OAAM MaxMind IP Location Data Load Configuration - What Properties Need to be Configured? (Doc ID 1592015.1)

 


The script runs successfully without any errors and at the end it displaying the message "Location loading successfully completed", but cannot see any location data in the OAAM DB tables.

Following are the properties modified in bharosa_location.properties.

location.data.provider=maxmind
location.data.location.file=GeoLite2-City-Locations-en.csv
location.data.blocks.file=GeoLite2-City-Blocks-IPv4.csv
location.data.country.code.file=GeoLite2-Country-Locations-en.csv
location.data.sub.country.code.file=region_codes.csv
location.loader.database.pool.size=5
location.loader.database.commit.batch.size=1500



Following is the message at the end of the run indicating  the records were not read and ultimately not inserted into the DB tables:
