Application Processes In Tuxedo Configuration Getting SQL 2103 Errors. Stopped Accepting All Connections Suddenly.

Symptoms
On : HP-UX Itanium 11.31 with Tuxedo Version 12.1.3.0.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 089
Application server processes, in a Tuxedo defined configuration, stopped accepting all local and remote connections suddenly in the morning.
SQL errors started at 9:21AM for OPENMYINFO, a large file, and during this time of morning lots of users are accessing this and processing orders.
Some access is done via batch jobs and these continued to work without issue. The issue was only via "myappserver" processes that access would not work.
The myappserver processes are part of a Tuxedo ubb configuration defined.
Once Tuxedo configuration rebooted errors went away and all connections from the Tuxedo configured domain worked.
