RP/SALT Tuxedo SALT GWWS Process Loops When HTTP SOAP Header Message 'content-length' Field Name Is In Lower Case (Doc ID 2278096.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (SALT) 12.2.2 version. Using SAP application to make webservices calls. On the client side most of the headers are in lowercase.

When an HTTP SOAP request 'Content-Length' is changed to 'content-length' then request is not processed and Tuxedo SALT GWWS server keeps looping/hangs. Other header parts tested ok. Problem is only with 'content-length'.
