AIX 7.1 operating system patch question for Tuxedo.

Application Servers' Platform Configuration
--------------------------------------------------
Tuxedo Version - Tuxedo Version 11.1.1.2.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 115
Host OS version - AIX 7.1 (7100-04-03-1642)
Java - Version java version "1.7.0"


Database requires application of the AIX 7.1 operating system patch.

Is this also a known requirement for using Tuxedo 11.1.1.2 on AIX 7.1?
