How To Synchronize Flat File Feed On Multiple OIM servers (Doc ID 2279021.1)

Goal

Scenario: Suppose one has 4 OIM servers and a job to load users into from using the Flat File Connector which has Flat File Directory as "/<INSTALL_LOCATION>/connectors/appIdentity/data". Before running this job, the feed file containing the user data is copied to all the 4 servers because one don't know which server would run the job, so is there a way to overcome this so one does not have to copy the feed file in all the location and have one single synchronized space?
