Symptoms
Metadata is not populating in the Capture fields when the scan button is invoked from Siebel IP16.
1) Click on the scan button, and a popup is prompted for Document Classification.
2) Document classification and security group is selected.
3) Click on Scan Document button.
4) The WebCenter Enterprise Capture client is launched.
5) Import the document on the click of the Capture button, and notice that the Siebel transaction values are not populated in the capture metadata fields.
