Connector Server Failures after Installing MS Exchange 11.1.1.6.0 Connector Patches (Doc ID 2280549.1)

On a previous working installation of the MS Exchange 11.1.1.6.0 connector you've applied <Patch 25467073>.

While running the Exchange User Mailbox Database Group Lookup Reconciliation, it fails with the error below. Provisioning users also fails.

Patches were applied to the Exchange Connector.
