Deployment Error BEA-149265 "Java.lang.IllegalStateException: Zip File Closed" (Doc ID 2281502.1)

The error symptoms can be reproduced by following the below method.

1. Deploy a web application from console to a managed server and start it.

2. Try to redeploy the same application again after some time using the Update option from console. It works fine and redeploys.

3. Give some time (~30 minutes or so) and try to Update the application again from console, the below message is seen in the console.
