Unable To Select OSB Template While Extending Domain For OSB 12c (Doc ID 2281698.1)

Symptoms

We installed SOA suite 12.2.1.2.0, and created a domain. Further now we need to add one extra OSB managed server.
While extending the domain running config.sh, when select OSB template its not allowing and throwing an error.
