Symptoms

After updating Exalogic Virtual rack to the April 2017 PSU, EMOC is throwing alert, "Switch status has switched to FAULTED", despite no errors shown on the Cisco switch. After acknowledgement/removal, the alert recurs.

Changes

Passwords for the Management switch are not default.
