Goal

On : WebCenter Content 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

When calliing the service (UPDATE_DOCINFO) via URL,
http://my_server:16200/cs/idcplg?IdcService=UPDATE_DOCINFO&dID=1234&dDocName=CS001234&xComments=test&idcToken=1499001466362:BB87F4A43211E5C6361DB60735623CBA

The following error is reported even though the service call is handled successfully (i.e. the metadata field of the target content was updated successfully).
