Symptoms

After applying OPMN CPU patch 18423801 on 11.1.1.7 WebTier Home, start OPMN failed with following error

$INSTANCE_HOME/bin/opmnctl startall


[2017-05-04T11:13:27-04:00] [opmn] [ERROR:1] [] [ons-secure] libopmnoraclessl.so: sslSecureVersions: symbol not found
[2017-05-04T11:13:27-04:00] [opmn] [ERROR:1] [] [internal] XML parse: invalid ssl configuration.
opmnctl status: error parsing $INSTANCE_HOME/config/OPMN/opmn/opmn.xml

 

Changes

Applied the latest OPMN CPU patch 18423801 on WebTier Home.

This could happen with any newer patch where fix in 18423801 was merged.
