Is wsa.jar 11.1.1.0.0 Supported from the Command Line? (Doc ID 2282907.1)

Goal

OC4J in combination with wsa.jar 10.1.3.5.0 for publishing web services works as expected. But when trying to migrate to WLS 10.3.6 in combination with wsa.jar 11.1.1.0.0, the same commands are throwing different results.

However the newly generated WSDLs/XSDs have different data types which is impacting the consumers.

Is WSA 11.1.1.0.0 supported from command line?

Note that WSA is shipped with ADF for WLS10.3.6. wsa.jar is not part of WLS10.3.6 standalone.
