Symptoms

When trying to compile a project in Jdeveloper is stuck forever. This is specific for Windows 7 platform

Issue can be reproduced with the following: 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open JDeveloper.
2. Import project.
3. Compile project.
4. Observe the issue.
