Symptoms
Subadmins are not able to open applets User Admin, WebLayout Editor, Repository Manager or Workflow Admin. This occurs when a user does not have admin role, but has the following applet privileges:
Rights.Apps.UserAdmin
Rights.Apps.WebLayout
Rights.Apps.RepMan
Rights.Apps.Workflow
When the user tries to open the applet in the Content Server native UI, they receive the following error message:
