Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, Fabric
There is an issue with the email transport in osb proxy service. When you send by e-mail an XML file as attachment and there is an OSB service receiving that e-mail, if that attachment has accents or ñ letter in the payload, the contents of the file is modified as a result of bad decode. This modification is due to the encoding that proxy service uses to decode the attachment received. The proxy service option in which the encoding of the request can be entered does not work.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Implement an e-mail proxy service
2. Send one mail with an xml file attached
