Symptoms

New installation of Oracle Reports 12c and trying to execute reports from Oracle Forms with RUN_REPORT_OBJECT() built-in. 

Example

***The issue occurs only when calling Reports from Forms***

The following is a sample Reports command line as found in Report engine log file.

command line: authid=ANONYMOUS jobname="emp_rep" desformat=PDF expiredays=0 report="emp_rep" batch=YES userid=<dbuser>/<dbpassword>@<connstring> a_params="'Y RRRR'" destype=cache
