Errors during Recreate of AQ Views During 11.2 to 12.1 RDBMS Upgrade of OIM Instance (Doc ID 2285205.1)

Symptoms

While upgrading a OIM Schema database from 11.2 to 12.1, the following errors are listed in the alert.log.
- NOTE: There are no errors logged in the DBUA tool.

a1102000.sql: create _L view or recreate base view failed for IDM_SOAINFRA.EDN_EVENT_QUEUE_TABLE
a1102000.sql: create _L view or recreate base view failed for IDM_SOAINFRA.EDN_OAOO_DELIVERY_TABLE
a1102000.sql: recreate deq view failed for IDM_SOAINFRA.EDN_EVENT_QUEUE_TABLE
a1102000.sql: recreate deq view failed for IDM_SOAINFRA.EDN_OAOO_DELIVERY_TABLE
a1102000.sql: recreate deq view failed for IDM_SOAINFRA.EDN_EVENT_QUEUE_TABLE
