Symptoms

End users are not able to directly request application instances from the catalog. After adding the application instance to the cart and making the request ready to submit, when hitting the Submit button an error popup is seen with:

 The issue can also occur for Roles or Entitlements.

Changes

The issue may be seen after adding Application Instance, Role or Entitlement resource types to your domain.

It may also occur suddenly after an update to the Self Service Capabilities.
