After Implementing SSL On SOA, Not Able To Deploy The Composites To A SOA Instance (Doc ID 2285929.1)

Symptoms

After enabling SSL and disabling the non-SSL listen port, when trying to access a deployed composite in Enterprise Manager (EM), the below error is seen.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to retrieve composite details.
The composite HelloWorld (1.0) is not available. This could happen because either the composite has been undeployed or soa-infra has not yet loaded this composite.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. In Admin Console, Enable SSL listen port and disable the non-SSL listen, and then deploy a composite - it deploys it, if it isn't already there, but when trying to access details about it in EM, the above error is seen.
