Oracle Access Manager 11g R2 (OAM 11.1.2.x) How to Track OAM Console Login with Different Admin Accounts User ID's

Multiple admin accounts for OAM Console
Requirement is to log each configuration changes made by each individual admin account including admin account name as well
Configuration changes with different OAM admin accounts are not logging with userids

Please suggest the logger name to use for these requirements
