Symptoms

• Using SAML 2.0 Web Single Sign-on Identity Provider Partner in an Oracle Weblogic Server security realm.
  
  
• The metadata partner file of our federated partner has changed and the new file needs to be updated the security realm.
  
  
• Now there is only an option to publish, not upload a new file.

Changes

During the original configuration of Web Single Sign-on Identity Provider Partner, there was an option to upload a metadata partner file of our federated partner.
