Symptoms
After a FRESH install (or upgrade) of any Fusion Middleware 12c R2 (12.2.1.x.x), accessing the Fusion Middleware Control (:7001/em) has the following behavior:
- There is a very slow login
- The overall performance of the Fusion Middleware Control is quite slow
- You may see blank pages in Fusion Middleware Control
