Symptoms
On : Oracle Traffic Director 11.1.1.9.0 version
After installing the latest Linux OS updates the OTD Admin Server Failes to start and the following error is seen:
$ <PATH>/OTD/trafficdirector_Home_1/instance/admin-server/bin/startserv
Oracle Traffic Director 11.1.1.9.0 B03/29/2015 12:14
[INCIDENT_ERROR:1] [OTD-10473] Server crash detected (signal SIGBUS)
[NOTIFICATION:1] [OTD-10474] Crash occurred in NSAPI SAF load-modules
[ERROR:32] server initialization failed
