Symptoms

Following instructions to install WebLogic Server Multitenancy (MT) using the Infrastructure 12.2.1.2 distribution from the WebLogic Server Installation Guide:

Installing and Configuring Oracle WebLogic Server and Coherence

Note: This is not the actual Infrastructure Install Guide because these steps are specific to WebLogic Server MT.  

Created a new Weblogic domain as directed by selecting the below options in the Configuration GUI screens:

+ Basic WebLogic Server Domain (selected by default)

+ Oracle Enterprise Manager-Restricted JRF –12.2.1

+ Oracle Restricted JRF

+ WebLogic Coherence Cluster Extension

Problem:

• As the configuration processes, the JRF template is not applied automatically to the newly created managed server.
  
  
• While trying to run applyJRF using WLST in online mode it fails with error "JRF component or service with type "JDBCSystemResource" and name "opss-audit-DBDS" is not found on server ".
