Symptoms

After the login onto the WebCenter Portal Performance Pack, a "500 - Internal Server Error" is displayed and the log file shows:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/tahoe/json/JSONObject
at oracle.tahoe.servlet.requesthandler.EventsListRequestHandler.buildEventsListData(EventsListRequestHandler.java:49)
at oracle.tahoe.servlet.requesthandler.EventsListRequestHandler.handleRequest(EventsListRequestHandler.java:37)
at oracle.tahoe.servlet.TahoeServlet.doGet(TahoeServlet.java:159)
at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:687)
at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:790)

Changes

WebCenter Portal Performance Pack was installed successfully, BUT there was a managed server restart.
