Default Value For a Check Box Not Included in the WFR XML Output (Doc ID 2288117.1)

Symptoms

A checkbox has been created on the WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Verifier screen with YES/NO (defaulting it to YES).  On this screen, if users do not change the field, the tag in XML is empty.  This should not be the case. It should pickup the value based on the default and write it to XML.  Note that only when the user toggles the checkbox, does it print the value correctly to the XML text file.
